COLOUR CRAZY DT -- DR. DIGI -- OCTOBER 9, 2020

Hey there friends!  Welcome back to my blog!  I hope you are doing your best to stay as safe and healthy as possible as we head further into the latter part of 2020.  Today's post is for the Colour Crazy Challenge, and this week's sponsor is Dr. Digi.

We were given the choice of several images, but OF COURSE I chose to use the Selfie Santa image for my card:

Isn't this image just too cute?  I designed my card layout in the Silhouette Studio software program, and created my own sentiment using the "Frosty" font.  I colored the image with alcohol markers, and I also extended the line of the ground slightly to fit my panel.  I added white gel pen accents to various parts of the image, and put Glossy Accents on the phone screen.  The image panel and black mat were die cut using Spellbinders Card Creator dies, and glued flat to the 4.25x 5.5" Recollections 110lb. card base.  I must say, I was a bit intimidated to color this at first, but once I got going, I really enjoyed it!
